While drawn well, I think the idea behind this shirt is dumb. The designer was tired of seeing tiger faces on t-shirts, so he made a design of one getting punched. That's cool...I guess? It was also one of the top 10 finalists in the DBH 10k.

"Til Death We Sail" - Tee Fury - Sept 30th

I love sailboats and the traditional tattoo style of the drawing. My Dad taught me how to sail, so I think I'm gonna get one of these for him too. I also like that the guy's is on "natural" instead of white.

I've always liked conch shells and this one looks especially cool drawn with pencil and watercolors. Never a fan of white shirts, but you gotta use white sometimes and this looks good with the white background.

The girl really seems to pop off the shirt. I like it. And the print looks like it came out really clear and takes up the entire front of the shirt which I always like.

I like japanese style and culture, but this is kinda weird. Drawn really well, but not something I'd wear. This was one of the entries for the DBH 10k. I think it was in the top 20.

"Parasites" - Tee Fury - Sept 24th

Though not his usual style, I still love this Wotto shirt. I've always loved silhouettes. I wish the guys shirt was on red though as I think it's looks much better. Makes the figures stand out a lot more. Still getting one though.

"Furyous Omnibus IV" - Tee Fury - Sept 21st

I love these shirts. Tee Fury's logo is a little birdy (you can see it on the right) and this is the 4th shirt they've done with different artists doing renditions of the bird to put together on one shirt. Collaborations are always fun and it's cool to see all the different birdies. I don't like white shirts, but I'm still getting it. I have every other one so I can't leave one out of the series!

"Revelations" - Design by Humans - Sept 17th

Amazing design by Jimiyo as usual. I don't usually like collage type designs with a lot of random things thrown together, but this is definitely an exception. Jimiyo has an original style and blends all the elements of the piece together seamlessly. Not sure how I feel about the burgundy shirt though. The design definitely looks good on that color, it's just not a color a lot of people would wear I think.

"It isn't easy being plaid" - RIPT Apparel - Sept 14th

I usually don't like when an artist just takes something and makes it plaid or argyle but I'm liking this little froggy. The green keeps him looking realistic while the plaid adds a little something extea. And it looks good on the army green shirt.

"Electric Reverb" - Tee Fury - Sept 14th

I love music and the design is cool, but I don't think I'd ever wear a musical instrument on a shirt. I think it could also look better on a different color shirt. Seems a little too "sad" for the kind of design it is.

I love Egyptian art and hieroglyphics, so naturally I love this design. I just wish it was on a yellow/gold shirt, which I think would be more fitting of the colors Egyptians used. Still looks good on orange though.

"There's So Much to Learn!" - Tee Fury - Sept 11th

Fun design, but not something I'd wear. I always loved the overhead projector when I was younger though. Especially when teachers did fun things with it. Like my geometry teacher had a little toy turtle he called "Terry the Turtle" who helped us learn geomerty on the overhead projector.

Mother IV - Tee Fury - Sept 9th

Another awesome design by Jimiyo. His detail and style is amazing. A lot of people are complaining about his "signature" on this design, but it doesn't bother me. I would probably buy it on a different color shirt, but I don't like white shirts!

"Bring Me Colors" - Design by Humans - Sept 8th

While these type of designs are definitely overdone, this shirt looks good. The rainbow against the black silhouettes against the white shirt makes everything stand out. I wouldn't wear this myself, but for someone unfamiliar with the online t-shirt world, this design is a nice change from your run of the mill mall store t-shirt.

"Sangha Roots" - RIPT Apparel - Sept 8th

I really like this style of design. The art is bold and meaningful without really using any detail. And the earthy colors of both the shirt and ink bring it all together. The style kinda reminds me of "Generic Ability", the first shirt I ever got from Design by Humans. (picture below)

"Loki Eagle" - Tee Fury - Sept 8th

I like mirror image/symmetrical designs and I like the shield in the background that gives it a coat of arms kind of feel. Don't like white shirts though, really wish it was on another color.

"Sound of Nature" - Tee Fury - Sept 7th

Love the idea of this design. Everything looks great; the birds, the colors, the music notes and staffs...except for one thing. The drumset. It would have been SO much better if the artist had used a more "natural" type of drum like a djembe drum or any kind of natural looking african drum. The drumset just looks out of place. But being that I'm a music lover and I play drums myself, I'm most likely gonna get this one.

Of course there's another lion shirt after I said I rarely see lion shirts. Don't really like this one though. It's a good drawing but I don't like that the lion's mouth is wide open. I need to save some money anyway after buying some of the DBH 10k shirts.

"Twilight Rain" - Design by Humans 2nd place in the DBH 10k - Sept 4th (even though it's posted on the 5th)

I have liked this design since I first saw it, but they printed it on navy :( Black would have been so much better. Thought it was going to win as it was ahead in votes for most of the contest.
