"Feather Fest" - Design By Humans - Nov 12th

I love feathers and the colors look great, but the jumble of feathers down at the bottom looks a little messy to me. I'd still probably wear this shirt though. This design is by gloopz who is the artist that designed one of the first ever Design By Humans shirts I bought and is still one of my favorites today. pictured below:



I have it on black like the picture above, but for some reason they reprinted the men's version on blue. I still can't understand why they would print a blue design on a blue shirt...especially when it looks so good on black. Glad I got mine before they did that!

"Blast Off!" - Design By Humans - Nov 9th

Very cool idea, but not sure it would work well when wearing the shirt. The best part of the design is at the very bottom, which is usually the least looked at part of a shirt. It could be bunched up or covered by your hands as shown in the guy model shot. Still the love the idea of the design and the colors of the exhaust.

"Giant Robot FTW!" - Tee Fury - Nov 9th

Not usually a fan of robots, but this design is pretty awesome. I love city scapes and the color combination of the turquoise and "burnt yellow" looks great on the charcoal shirt. Think I'm gonna pick this one up.

"Once in a Blue Moon" - Design by Humans - Shirt of the Week

I can't say enough good things about this design and the artist. Check out my original post HERE. I just got this shirt in the mail on Friday and it's definitely one of my new favorites. It looks just as good in person as it does on the models, if not better. The colors are perfect and the printing came out great.

The artist, zerobriant, is also a super nice dude. He ran a contest to win this shirt for anyone who posted about it on their blog. I would have posted it regardless, but I won! I had already bought the shirt cause I love it so much, so he offered to buy me any other shirt I wanted from Design By Humans. What a nice guy! I can't wait to see more work from him and I'm sure I'll be wearing another one of his awesome designs very soon.

I'm a big fan of Robert Indiana's LOVE sculpture, so new interpretations are always interesting to see. I probably wouldn't wear this shirt, but I definitely like the idea.

I love bird designs and this is no exception. The details of the feathers are very original and very awesome. The placement is perfect. And the clouds add a nice little touch to show the eagle soaring high above.
